These Terms govern your access to FinTune Training. By creating an account you agree to use the platform for lawful, personal, or business learning purposes. Course access is granted on a 1 year basis from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Renewals are at our then-current rates. Resale or redistribution of course materials is prohibited.

You retain ownership of any written submission you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process your submission for AI grading and quality assurance. We do not use your submissions to train external AI models.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
